Your main responsibilities and duties will include:
? Making outbound calls
? Receiving inbound calls
? Converting leads into new business
? Comply with relevant legislation and internal policies and procedures
? Meeting performance KPIs in relation to sales, compliance, adherence, and lead management
? Liaising with other departments to resolve customer needs
Essential Criteria
? The ability to be resilient and overcome objections
? A proven sales track record
? Excellent telephone etiquette
? Team player
? Positive can do attitude
